With your comfort in mind

Frank offers private coaching for 1 to 5 people. The more people in your private group, the cheaper per person. With one-on-one sessions you’ll get undivided attention for your issues and with a group of 5, you’ll be able to draw on what the other mentees are learning.

You plan in your own sessions to fit your schedule. Anytime between 8.00 CET (1 am CST) and 23.00 CET (4 pm CST). Since you know your needs best, you decide how you want to divide your time slots (0.5 to 2 hours per session). There is a minimum of 4 hours coaching when ordering.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom so you can enjoy them from where you like without having to spend time on transport.

Your coach

Frank Verbruggen is an excellent agile practitioner with a huge knowledge base and furthermore a great educator. He’s passionate about Scrum@Scale, agile in general and measuring the efforts in particular.

Frank met Jeff Sutherland in 2018 and co-wrote a paper on Process Efficiency with him as part of his Ph.D. studies which he has taken on in an effort to improve the state of agile. Process Efficiency is now promoted as the metric to use as a Scrum and Scrum@Scale practitioner.

Frank has made a major contribution to the Scrum@Scale guide and is also part of a team who rewrites the guide as a new and improved 2020 version.
