Diamond Agile collects the following data

• Your email address
• Billing information
• A descriptive name of your organization
• Measurements for the Lightning Assessment, including:
  • Story data
  • Calendar data
  • Net Promoter Score
  • Happiness Metric
  • Release dates

You directly provide Diamond Agile with all the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

• Register Online or place an order for any of our products or services.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Voluntarily provide us with data for the Lightning Assessment.

Diamond Agile collects your data so that we can:

• Process your order, manage your account.
• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
• Email you with follow up questions, surveys to improve the quality of our products and services.

When Diamond Agile processes your order, it may send data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Diamond Agile securely stores you data at AWS in the Europe cloud we have secured it with a secure connection.

Diamond Agile will keep your account and performance data for an unlimited amount of time. If you wish to remove this data, you can do so by logging in to the Lightning Assessment and deleting it yourself.

Diamond Agile will keep your payment information for a period of 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from the database.

Diamond Agile would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partners companies.
